Born and raised in Denmark, Sophia is a true Viking but her curiosity and adventurous spirit took her to Dubai in 2014 as Social Media Director for Mindshare MENA.
She is a social and digital strategist who possesses a broad spectrum of skills within the field of communication and content marketing.
With 7+ years experience in digital/social content marketing she has worked across some of the largest clients globally devising and planning content/social strategies for the likes of Carlsberg Group, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Ford Motor Company, Nissan, NIKE and Aujan Group.
She puts consumer behavior and media insights upstream in the creative development process in order to deliver communications more effectively making her a 2 time GOLD Effie award winner, Gold winner at Festival of MENA 2016, 4 Sliver and 2 bronze MENA Crystals and more.
Now as Head of Social at TBWA/RAAD she guides planning/creative teams and help in craft and shape innovative thinking, rooted in social by design to solve our clients varied business challenges. A key element of her role is about anticipating trends and shaping the future of our Social and Content Marketing product.
