Always dissatisfied with the status quo, Jennifer spent years shaping the future of some of the most valuable brands in the world and their ambitious challengers. Leading the development of business frameworks and the strategy formulation and implementation for companies in industries as diverse as fine dining, beauty and mobile, among others, her experience spans brands such as Google, Apple, Ikea, Starbucks, Expo 2020, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Ruth’s Chris, D3, Dubai Tourism and The Executive Council of Dubai.
Expert at enabling and facilitating deep collaboration and creativity, she’s a disciple of Stanford's d.school and an advocate of design thinking, human centered innovation, constant beta and above all Disruption.
Jennifer has recently joined TBWA\RAAD as Chief Innovation Officer.
Infinitely curious, she’s read over 52 books in the last 52 weeks and visited over 25 countries and 25 US states in the last 10 years.
