Salwa joined TBWA\RAAD in 2016, after acquiring almost 20 years of experience on the finance teams of leading organizations in the Middle East, including Proctor & Gamble, Carlson Wagonlit, Starcom Mediavest Group and Publicis Groupe. She played a major role in establishing “Re:Sources”, the shared services company of Publicis Groupe in the Middle East in 2010.
Salwa is one of the few female Finance Leaders in the UAE, and her leadership skills and management style have entitled her to represent the region in "Re:Sources Global Cultural Committee" which focuses on engaging employees to improve productivity and efficiency.
Her rule “Both life and numbers should come out positive” has guided her personal and professional career for years. In addition to her Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting, Salwa also has a certificate in Life Coaching and Energy Healing, her second passion.
