Executive Creative Director

With over 15 years of experience in creative leadership roles, Santiago has had the privilege of working for iconic agencies such as Alma Miami, DDB Chicago, and VMLY&R Kansas City. Throughout his career, Cuesta has held regional and global roles for brands like Coca-Coca, Unilever and Intel, leading incredibly talented teams in different countries and markets. His work has been recognized in festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio, Webby, London, NY Festivals, Effie, and featured in hundreds of publications around the world. Currently teaching Creative Data at Miami School, Santiago has also given talks at multiple academic institutions and conferences.
